Abstract

FERNANDEZ, Lisandro Federico. Analysis of public policies for family farm: Case studies. Estudios Socioterritoriales [online]. 2019, vol.26. ISSN 1853-4392.

The place that family farm occupied in the construction of the public agenda during the first years of the 21st century in Argentina, has given rise to multiple reflections on its potentialities and obstacles, especially in the case of such a heterogeneous sector, and in contrast to the decline It happened after 2015. Thus, in order to provide information and analysis on the subject through two dissimilar cases (La Plata and Oberá), the differences and similarities between the two were examined during the period 2008-2015. In particular, the main intervention tools focused on the productive and commercial variables were studied, seeking to highlight their particularities to be retaken comparatively afterwards. As a result of the analysis, the scope and limitations of the policies aimed at the sector could be visualized, recognizing common elements that serve to boost and deepen a pending and necessary issue.
