Abstract

BULCOURF, Pablo. The art of naming: Guillermo O'Donnell and the development of political science in Latin America. Temas debates (En línea) [online]. 2012, n.24, pp.123-143. ISSN 1853-984X.

This paper analyzes the contributions of prominent political scientist Guillermo O'Donnell Argentina from his intellectual biography, and emphasizing his ability to create concepts that show the historical particularity of the socio-political processes in Latin America. As well as the role he has held this intellectual construction of major institutions and networks in political science at the national as well as regional and global levels.
