This paper aims to examine, from a communicational and biocentric approach, sentiments, and questions that emerged as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this process, the ‘uncertainty’ will be used as an epistemological category for the essay. This is one of the most challenges aspects of our contemporary culture. Furthermore, this short essay proposes the ‘emergency’ as theoretical term to reflect on the so-called ‘new normality’, and to promote integral-human living experiences (of body-reflections-emotions-actions) that can show us new horizons where we can live and be.
