In Argentina, the secondary student movement has not been the focus of numerous investigations. Currently, this is an emerging field research. Political participation in middle school, has been investigated primarily-through perspectives that emphasize the link between school and citizenship, and with it, the link between youth and policy. In this presentation, we return these approaches, while some aspects will be discussed, in order to describe and understand certain practices and dynamics of an actor made up in different instances. Also presents the first findings of ongoing research about the formation of the student movement and school participatory formats in the educational system of the province of Buenos Aires.
