The article presents theoretical and methodological aspects of the socio-technical construction "Dynamic Hypermedial Device Creative Monument" whose purpose is the development of heritage education practices in an open access collaborative platform. At the theoretical level, we ask about how we inhabit the current physical-virtual context and base a perspective on Mediatized Educational Practices. On the methodological framework, we propose a multidimensional model based on four dimensions that make possible the sustainability analysis of this type of practices. The case taken as context of development was the "National Flag Monument" located in the city of Rosario (Santa Fe, Argentina). The project participants were members of an inter-institutional network. This monument as a social fact involves a multiplicity of aspects that make up an identity collective that transcends the regional framework. Finally, we call to "open the memory" and propose "Creative Monument" as a "Technology for Social Inclusion".
