The feminization of education was a process developed in the world-wide level but in Argentina it took place in form accelerated from aims of the last century and the first decade of this one. Education was opened possibility of enter the world of the work for the women with the consolidation of the state educative system from the policies of State promoted the normalismo. The incentive to form to the young people like educators, and the pronounced desertion of the men of the educational rows consolidated the presence of the woman as educator in the primary instruction. The professional trajectories of men and women were very different, in the Territorio Nacional de la Pampa, because a proportional representation of educational women in the performance of hierarchic positions, in the incipient referring gremials associations or like pedagogical did not exist. This work aims to analyze the teacher's strategies used to develop their professional trajectories and to obtain professional recognition in the Pampas society. The examination of the daily practices of the teachers in a National Territory, La Pampa, allows us to reveal the concrete operation of the national educational system in the interior, beyond the discourses and the normative.
