Abstract

GOMEZ, Sebastián  and  KAPLAN, Carina. Itinerario político e intelectual de Juan Carlos Tedesco en los años sesenta y setenta: la modulación de una crítica pedagógica a través de la Revista de Ciencias de la Educación (1970-1975). Hist. educ. anu. [online]. 2017, vol.18, n.1, pp.1-25. ISSN 2313-9277.

This article presents the edges of the educational critique carried out by Juan Carlos Tedesco in a publication he run continuously: the Revista de Ciencias de la Educación (RCE, between april 1970 and september 1975). By which he gathered young college graduates of Educational Sciences and he drew up an antagonistic educational critique that tended to drift apart not only of the conservative educational positions but also the liberal scientific, of the traditional left and national populism. Over the warmth of the increasing radicalism, the RCE structured an educative critique with two main aspects: a) clarify the ideological domination of the educational system; and b) base a political intervention in the Argentine and Latin American educational system. Tedesco political and intellectual itinerary in the 60s and setentas and the meaning of the pedagogical critique of the RCE are rebuilt through a qualitative perspective. The project of the RCE had a comprehensible strategy since it takes into account the relations of forcé and the positions in the educational field as well as the director s itinerary through múltiple spaces such as political parties, universities and international organisms. Among the purposes of this article there is the emphasis on rebuilding pedagogical projects prematurely set out by Tedesco, highlighting tensions and discontinuities in the educational Scientist itinerary in the disrupted 60s and setentas.
