The work aims to make some critical reflections on the conflict rural policy design and particularly the agricultural export taxes in our country. The main hypothesis is that the virulence of rural protests in early March 2008 was not accidental but is the consequence of the characteristics which the agrarian structure in Entre Rios province with a strong branch and paradoxically a high concentration in land use. Also discusses other causes of the conflict: political, economic and historical between the entities of the agricultural sector and the government, but will focus on the strong heterogeneity of social actors involved in the issue on which agricultural policy is applied deductions
