In the municipality of the Party of General Pueyrredón the 8912 Decree-Law of the Province of Buenos Aires and its local supplementary norm, the Zoning Code. The text- conceptual nature of those, traditional applications procedures generate diversity of interpretations, of numerical results and consistent regulatory volumetries which cause administrative disadvantages which increase delays in the control and approval of building projects. With this document it has tried to contribute to greater efficiency in the municipal treatment of private works projects. To this end, declared the theoretic-referential framework, which enabled the axiomatic construction of logic-formals participants, statements of multivariable equations, aimed at the development of computer systems. The obtained mathematical expressions applied to elementary casuistry and towards the end were evaluated the advantages and concerning forecasts to an informatics applicative system for the technical control of civil works projects.
