The purpose of this article is deepening the scope and intensity of territorial mobility of capital and business accumulation strategies, and investigate local relations of power are set to the interior of Northern Patagonia fruit activity. These processes imply forms of control, subordination and resistance of the actors (agricultural worker and primary producers) in a context of constant negotiation of the social conditions of production. The methodological strategy is based on an emblematic case of transformation process of agri-food system. This is a transnational firm, leading company in the regional fresh fruit chains. The nature of the work required to take into account both the microsocial dimensions as macroestructurales, incorporating the diachronic dimensions of business trajectory. The approach involves triangulation quali-quantitative research techniques and various analysis procedures.
