The present study examines the role of the University in the development and education of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The effects of an entrepreneurial education program (PREU) using a quasi-experimental design are discussed. The results of our study show that the mean values of the sample followed the entrepreneurship education program (experimental group) were significantly higher than those obtained in the condition pretest and those obtained by the sample did not follow the program (control group). Compared to other programs of entrepreneurial education in which no positive impact were found clear entrepreneurial intention of students, our program of entrepreneurship education clearly shows a significant improvement in the skills and intentions to undertake and therefore a positive attitude towards entrepreneurial behavior and create critical alert and have a real vision of the problems of entrepreneurship.
