Recent transformations and long-standing structural factors have combined resulting in the generation of other forms of pampeana agricultural production. In this context, outsourcing acquires a centrality that did not have in the past. In this article we are interested in investigating the outsourcing of work in agricultural enterprises of three departments in the province of Buenos Aires. The work is structured, first, the phenomenon of outsourcing in the sector; secondly, farms surveyed will be analyzed differentiating the different profiles of producers, motivations and the ways in which the socio-labor among stakeholders are structured. Finally, we will reflect on the outsourcing in the sector, which has implications both overall and in individual companies from the analysis of the dimensions previously raised
