This article continues the research in which we contribute to the reconstruction of the history of lencinismo in Mendoza, a widely populist phenomenon that force in the province for a long decade and influenced similar processes in other parts of the country. It seeks to establish how the speech and action of the Radical Civic Union evolved before the arrival to the provincial government and during the management of its leader José Néstor Lencinas, in relation to the subaltern sectors of the society, the social conflicts and the printing press. The paper shows the change that recorded the Lencinist speech in the pueblo, the different actions in front of the social conflict, alliances and enemies it makes. We used as primary sources the press of the time.
