The article analyses the projects carried out in the communications field in the Patagonia North, focusing on the bishop of Jaime de Nevares (1961-1995) and Miguel Hesayne (1975-1993). During those years, both pastoral proposals were influenced by the postconciliar airs.These plans have had remarkable influence on various regional ventures. One of them is the experience, in the mid-1990s, of priest Juan Angel Deuzeide, father of the parish Nuestra Señora del Carmen in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.In function of this, in this work the influence of the popular communication projects through parish experience in the city of Bariloche is approached from the analysis of parish newsletter and Radio program thanks to life, for the years 1994 to 2016, period in which the our Nuestra Señora del Carmen Chapel stands as a parish. In the analysis of the communication supports listed and used by Deuzeide in dialogue whit his community, is ventured in the structure, both objectives and symbolic keys that make popular and participatory communication to the specific mode. Beyond the explicit influences of Jaime de Nevares and Miguel Hesayne, Juan Angel Deuzeide shows a highly innovative and effective communication dynamics in the community dialogue.
