The article revisits the process of invention of Peronismo in Santa Fe province, attending a defining field of this political identity, that of labor. While attention has been paid to the traditions and actors, as well as party and unionism dynamics of construction, and the place of certain State agencies in it, it has focused less on the ways in which the new horizons of political community belonging are defined through a language of rights in the foundational moments of Peronismo at the regional level. In this registry, the article focuses on the instances that the State action will have to settle disputes: the regional delegations of the Ministry of Labor, and the new labor courts within the provincial justice system.
