Resumen

DEL RIO VALDIVIA, José E. et al. Effects of a program of stretching in the development of muscular strength in women's soccer players. Educ. fís. cienc. [online]. 2015, vol.17, n.2, pp.00-00. ISSN 2314-2561.

The impact of a training program stretching in the development of muscular strength in 16 soccer players with age of 19.03 ± 2.7 years was analysed. They trained 30 days and 5 times per week, where the "A" group did flexibility training, while "B" performed regular training. Stretching, 1RM vertical jump, weight, height, calf and thigh circumference were measured. The results show values for A and B respectively, where the IGF was 18.3 ± 91.01 and 111.93 ± 23.5; 29 ± 78.22 and 79.03 ± 29.1. The femoral circumference, 48.04 and 49.54 ± 3.6 cm ± 3.4 cm.; 47.56 ± 4.9 and 47.89 ± 5.2. Calf circumference, 33.83 and 35.21 ± 2.7 cm ± 2.4 cm; 2 and 33.73 ± 33.83 ± 2.8. Strength 48.13 ± 7.8 kg. and 53.38 ± 8.2 kg .; 52.63 ± 8.6 kg. and 53.39 ± 9.1 kg. Anaerobic power, 34.13 ± 2.9 cm. and 36.63 ± 1.7 cm; 38.25 ± 4.7 and 37.06 ± 3.4. In conclusion stretching impacts positively on the IGF and therefore on the favourable muscle development of soccer players.
