Resumen

This work seeks to understand the contributions and implications of subproject "PIBID Physical Education Elementary School Initial Years" on initial education and teaching introduction of academic interns of this program. As regards objectives, this research is a descriptive study, and as regards procedures, it is a field study. Within the results, we can highlight that above mentioned subproject aims to qualify the training of its interns so as to support the construction of the teaching identity. In this context, we conclude that the experiences exchanged between university and school are essential, because the knowledge articulated in both participants can help the academics to understand better the educational practices and the professional performance.
