The present work deals with the influence of the successive changes in the electoral system of Cordoba that were sanctioned by the Constituent Conventions in the last 100 years, the incidence that those modifications had on the composition of the Legislature and the legislation emanated from it, in the governance, the socio-political stability, the role of the opposition, the regime of political parties, the need for changing majorities proper to a mature democracy and unrestricted respect for the rights of minorities.
