The present work proposes in the first place to identify the diverse sources of law that may be the origin of legal rights and duties of what has been called social responsibility from the perspective of legal persons of Private Law. Secondly, and to understand the emergence of such sources that do not qualify strictly in the traditional categories with which the law has traditionally been conceived, different legal constructs are used (such as self-regulation, the regulatory limits of international organizations, transnational collective bargaining, the contract in the role of the law, and crosswise to soft law and legal pluralism).
