In this article I look at the mechanisms adopted to hide the dependence on the fisheries processing industry since the 1990’s. thestudy emerges from a corpus of judgments of local labor courts and SCJBA, through which outsourcing practices and informality adopted by companies in the sector are evident. Through out the period, increasing difficulty appears to demonstrate the laboral vincle, resulting in an increase in approvals -accords- detriment of sentences. Thus, occupational frau discontinue, while the approval waive the claimby the worker. However, the judicial treatment not a homogeneous  whole, and it is possible to find bugs that transcend the particular conflict, thus contributing to the criminalization of these practices.
