This paper contains some results of a research on the facts of rebellion between 1986 and 2005 in a specific region of Argentina: the northeast of Chubut. In this regions there are three cities, Trelew, Puerto Madryn y Rawson, who were part of the poles of development projects promoted by the national state. The specific social economic structure which is part of this region was dramatically changed from the imposition of the neoliberal model, which left such estate planning, typical of the domain phase of industrial capital. For this reason the facts of rebellion recorded and analyzed here are given in the context of a process of profound transformations. We approach the problems about the nature of the rebellion in this structure in transformation, the articulations with the cycle of rebellion at the national level, the subjects and organizations that protagonists, the forms of struggle that are used and the changes produced through the periodization we develop. So we can see changes and continuities in the forms of struggle and subjects that feature them through twenty key years in the history of Argentina, contributing to discussions concerning these matters are being developed in the social sciences.
