In this article, we introduce four categories that are a first conceptual system for a feminist philosophy of labour law. First of all, the dirty work especially with respect to the domestic work, and the care sector (paid care of dependent persons); term that in this text reaches other labor sectors associated with types of tasks (such as care, cleaning, cooking), when the workplace is not the private house. Then, the notion of harmful markets taken from Satz (2010), specifically in reference to certain prejudices and warnings about the paid sexual sector (paid sex work) through which we look at the world of the work. Finally, the categories of feminization of work and vulnerability, both presented in terms of uses and scope.
