Resumen

BAUNI, Natalia. De la crisis a la autogestión: modalidades de regulación del trabajo en las empresas recuperadas, 15 años después. Estud. trab. [online]. 2019, n.57. ISSN 0327-5744.

The recovered companies by their workers have survived for a decade and a half, they have demonstrated that they are able to manage successfully their double character. They are companies that compete in the market and, at the same time, are participative and democratic interiorly in their way of management. The purpose of this article is to describe and survey the various mechanisms of work management that were given by associated workers in companies recovered during the last 15 years. The assumption is that in the recovered companies a series of social innovations are constructed in the management of the work that through collective strategies constitute the outline of an alternative management model to the neoliberal one. 15 companies recovered from all over the country were interviewed according to criteria of social and economic sustainability reproduction of the productive unit and, at the same time, the maximization of differences in activities and geographical areas was sought. A series of self-management devices were surveyed, some of which emulate private management models, while others constitute embryonic advances of a democratic and solidary management model. At the same time, imitates from the private model is resignified according to logics that express democratic mechanisms of management and decision; which constitute the genesis of an alternative management model. With regard to the training policies, a series of instruments were found that stimulate the qualification and rotation of the associates. In turn, there are concerns regarding “Conditions and working environment” issues that, in the beginnings, were absent in the agendas of the recovered companies. With regard to labor control mechanisms, we observed a series of gradients that make the control modalities more flexible and at the same time occur in the same area in which the associates restored new labor rights.
