In this paper, described trends on female insertion in intensive production spaces in the General Pueyrredon Party. Temporary work in fruit growing is identified and contracting / remuneration modalities are exposed, characteristics of the tasks and positions to which women have access. It presents the most relevant features that it acquires in female employment in light of the recent expansion of non-traditional crops such as fine fruits and kiwi. It corroborates the place that gender occupies as an articulating element in the process of female salarization, pointing out situations of eventuality, precariousness and vulnerability that characterize women's trajectories, as well as the complexity present in the conformation of rural labor markets.
