Quinto Sol journal adopts the Creative Commons Attribution License (ALCC) system for all works that are published. Under these licenses, authors retain copyright in their work, but authorize any person to copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the original work, provided they attribute authorship over the work in the manner specified by the author. author or licensor of the work.

Therefore, those who submit scientific articles to be published in Quinto Sol express their agreement with the following conditions:

1. According to this model, all works published in QS are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, this means that authors retain their authorship rights and readers can share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (mix, transform and build from the material) with the obligation to acknowledge the authorship of the work and the primary source of publication, provide a link to the license and indicate if changes have been made. Readers may not make commercial use of the material. If derivative works are made, they must be distributed under the same license as the original.

2. The authors retain the copyright and guarantee to QS the unpublished and original nature of the material to be published.

3. The authors assign the publication rights of their manuscript to QS on a non-exclusive basis, for which the journal reserves the right to publish it in electronic format. However, the authors are entitled to separately establish additional agreements with third parties for the non-exclusive publication of the version of the work published in the journal (for example, placing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), provided they mention appropriately the original source of publication, for example QS magazine.

4. The submission of an article to QS implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the immediately preceding points.
