In this paper, we describe the theoretical construct named study and research path (SRP). This description focuses on the construct "dialectics": essential practices for the development of an SRP. The framework is the anthropological theory of the didactic (TAD). The SRP is defined as a device whose key objective is to generate and to develop functional relationships with knowledge, in the pedagogy of research and questioning the world. This pedagogy adopts philosophies, theories, principles and constructs completely opposed to the traditional paradigm, named monumental.
