The Journal is a continuation of the publication of the same name that was published between 1993 and 2000, which, in turn, continued the work of the ancient Annals and the Bulletin of the Faculty. It is a printed, electronic, scientific, refereed publication, with a periodicity of two issues per year, whose purpose is to disseminate in the professional, academic and educational legal field, the studies carried out in the School of Law of the Faculty of Law without privilege prospects, or possess particular orientation. Its objective is to present the scientific production of its members and collaborators to the legal academic community, to stimulate the diffusion of the scientific-academic work of its teachers, the interdisciplinary approach and the provision of materials for the students' learning. The teachers of the house are natural guests to submit contributions to the Journal, although it receives contributions from authors outside the publishing entity. It only admits unpublished works not proposed simultaneously to other periodicals. The Magazine has an Advisory Board and a Editorial Board. The Journal is not responsible for the contents of the articles published, nor for the opinions issued by the authors.

Periodicity: Semiannual (2 issues / year).

The publication of the article implies the full transfer of the copyrights in favor of the Faculty of Law. The author keeps his right to use the article in publications of his own or websites referring to his career. For any other type of publications, a previous authorization must be obtained from the Law Faculty.
